Product Description
Extra heavy load for machine tools-THK NR100B Linear Guide type
The steel balls roll along the four rows of precision-ground rolling surfaces on the guide rails and NR slide block; the steel ball rows are circulated through the end cover plate assembled on the THK NR100B Linear Guide slide block.
The rolling surface of the steel ball is processed using special equipment and extremely high-precision processing technology, achieving deep groove rolling surface processing that is closer to the ball diameter than previous products. Therefore, the high rigidity, vibration and impact resistance, and damping properties required for machine tools have been improved, making it a type that can withstand extremely heavy loads.
The THK NR100B Linear Guide rail has very high rigidity, so its structure is easily affected by misalignment of the center line of the mounting surface and assembly errors. If it is affected in this way, it may cause shortened service life and poor operation.
Radial clearance (preload): Normal gaps (unsigned):
● The load application direction is fixed, the impact and vibration are small, and the two axes are used in parallel
● Places where very high precision is not required and sliding resistance must be as low as possible Light preload (C1)
● Places that need to bear cantilever load or moment load
● Places where single axis is used
● Places requiring light load and high precision Medium preload (C0)
● Places that require high rigidity and withstand vibration and shock Accuracy specifications: It can be divided by model into ordinary grade (unmarked), high grade (H), precision grade (P), super precision grade (SP) and ultra-ultra precision grade (UP).
